As a small business executive and social entrepreneur, I know firsthand about growing pains. You can’t avoid them. The best you can do is strategically power through them, learning to lead and building for better as you go.
Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Finance and Marketing at Stanley Construction Company in Huntsville, AL, a second-generation family-owned business. My marketing and historical documentation efforts led to the selection of my father, Thornton Stanley, as the 2001 U.S. Small Business Administration National Small Business Person of the Year.
Under KSF Consulting, I bring corporate-honed strategic planning and organizational development to small businesses, non-profits, and educational systems.
As a Chemical Engineer and MBA, my corporate journey spans across Philadelphia, Boston, St. Louis, New York, and Brussels with global giants like Rohm and Haas, American Express, Cabot Plastiques, and Monsanto.
From 2007 to 2010, I served as the Director of Urban Affairs for the City of Buffalo, securing nearly $20 million in competitive federal and state grants.
Additionally, I have held several gubernatorial and mayoral appointments, including the Alabama Constitutional Reform Commission and the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
